One of our collection of properties in the superb Alpine resort of La
Tania, Chalet Rousset is a detached chalet just a few minutes away from the resort centre. All the chalets are
owned by the same proprietor, and have been decorated and furnished in similar shades of cream and warm reds. Rousset
sleeps 13 people in 6 bedrooms, each of which has a private balcony from French doors. It's an easy 75m stroll
from the chalet to the centre, lifts, shops and all the amenities of the village..

- Outside - two covered car parking spaces, plus spac e for more cars to park if
needed

There are three bath or shower rooms in the chalet, with an excellent supply of
hot water. Like for all our chalets in La Tania, prices include bed linen, towels, beds made up on arrival and
end of stay cleaning. There are local English-speaking contacts in case of any problems.
Our accommodation in La Tania offers large, comfortable chalets, ideal for groups of family or friends, within
a couple of minutes walk of the village centre, with it's shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. We can also find
smaller properties if that better suits your group. The activities listed below, are all easily accessed.
La Tania - in the heart of the Savoie area of the French Alps, and part of the world-famous 3 Valleys (Les Trois
Vallees) ski area. The views are stunning in all directions. Meribel and Courchevel are close by and can be reached
by car, bus or cycle. La Tania was created as the dormitory town for the 1992 Winter Olympics, and is now a thriving
village in it's own right. There are plenty of little cafes, bars and restaurants, plus a supermarket and smaller
shops. There is also a cinema, and swimming pool. It's a compact, pedestrianised centre with everything very conveniently
placed.
The Tourist Office has again organised a Circus Course for children aged 6 - 16 and which has been hugely popular
in the past couple of summer seasons. Children can learn traditional circus activities: tightrope walking, juggling
and trapeze artists with a show at the end of the week. Other activities include a swimming pool - lessons available,
multisports pitch with basketball, volleyball and football, boules, fencing, tennis, walking, climbing, via ferrata,
cycling, mountain-biking, cinema and even canyoning. Within easy reach of La Tania (5 to 25 minutes drive) you
will also find golf courses (9 and 18 holes), horse-riding, ice skating, adventure playgrounds, ten pin bowling,
spa centres. The main lifts are open 4/7 - 29/8 with tickets available from the Tourist Office in the centre.
