Chalet Joanne is a comfortable family chalet is close to the historic L’Abbaye de St Jean and was once the mill for the Abbaye (Abbey). This is a quiet location, but only about 7 minutes walk to the village centre and family friendly ski resort of St Jean d'Aulps. The chalet has been extensively renovated by it’s owners and offers bright, comfortable and modern surroundings. There is a playroom with TV/DVD and Playstation, a sofa and beanbags – a great retreat for the children whilst adults enjoy dinner in the dining room below. The open plan lounge and dining room benefits from a log fire, and French doors open onto the balcony which has lovely views of the mountains. Chalet Joanne has 5 guest bedrooms, all en suite and sleeps 12 in comfort, but can accommodate 14. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD and there is a large library of DVDs in the chalet, which guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. There is also a computer and broadband access in case clients need to keep in touch with work.
